Consumer complaints

You may submit a written complaint by post to our registered office or by email to info@physio-art-lara.hr. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint without delay and provide a written response no later than 15 days from receipt (Article 10 of the Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (Consumer Protection Act)).

For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, consumers may contact alternative dispute resolution bodies. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
