Privacy Policy

This is a translation; the Croatian version is legally binding.

This policy explains how PHYSIO ART LARA j.d.o.o. processes your personal data when you visit this website or send us an enquiry, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka (Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Narodne novine (Official Gazette) 42/18).

2. What data we process

Booking form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), selected treatment, preferred date and time, and the content of your message.
Email and phone: the data you send us yourself when you contact us directly.
Technical data: IP address, time of access and browser type in the server logs, for security purposes and to prevent misuse.
Analytics (only with your consent): pseudonymised data on website usage via Google Analytics 4.

We do not collect health data through the form. Please do not include diagnoses or test results in your message — we discuss your health in person, before the treatment.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and arranging an appointment — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website security and the prevention of spam and misuse of the form — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Visitor analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiries submitted through the form and related emails for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect legal claims. Server logs are, as a rule, deleted within 30 days. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.

5. Recipients and processors

RiNET (website design and maintenance, form processing and email delivery) — as a processor; the servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU).
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
Google LLC (Gmail) — messages sent to info@physio-art-lara.hr are forwarded to our Gmail inbox. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Please send your request to info@physio-art-lara.hr; we will respond within one month.

7. Supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP, Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
