Classic massages
A classic body massage with almond oil, lasting 45, 60 or 75 minutes, or a 30-minute partial massage. The pressure is adjusted to each individual.
Massage improves circulation and the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, eases muscle tension and helps the body let go of stress.

Aroma massages
Aroma massage is a form of aromatherapy: a blend of essential oils in almond or olive oil, chosen especially for you.
The essential oils soothe or refresh, while the massage nourishes the skin, boosts circulation, relaxes tired, stiff muscles and lifts your mood. The combined massage brings together a back massage and foot reflexology.

Therapeutic treatments
Individual therapeutic massage is tailored even more closely than a classic massage to your specific complaint — pain, reduced mobility, postural deformities, and sports and other injuries.
Techniques include muscle and joint mobilisation, stretching, connective tissue massage, trigger point therapy and more, with the aim of greater flexibility, better joint mobility and less pain. Kinesio taping is also available alongside manual physiotherapy.

Energy massages from around the world
Techniques from different traditions around the world: Hot Stone, a massage with warm volcanic stones and essential oils; Lomi Lomi Nui, a Hawaiian massage of long, flowing strokes; and Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic warm oil massage.
Garshan is a dry body brushing with raw silk gloves, followed by Abhyanga. After Ayurvedic treatments, 15 minutes are set aside for tea and a gentle return to your day. Foot reflexology is a 40-minute treatment focused on the feet.
